Seotion 605. Barnegat Inlet to Longport, NJ Authorizes a projeot for beaoh erosion oontrol, navigation and storm proteotion from Barnegat Inlet.to Longport, NJ, in aooordanoe with the Ootober 24, 1975 Chief's report exoept that a fisherman walkway on top of a jetty as desoribed in the January 20, 1983 Chief's Report may be included, Seotion 606. Chesapeake Bay Authorizes low-oost streambank and shoreline erosion oontrol projects along Chesapeake Bay and Tribs. The Federal share for these projeots shall be 50~, Seotion 607. Passaio River Basin Channel Clearing Authorizes snagging and clearing and channel reotification measures along the Passaio, Pompton, pequannook, and Ramapo Rivers, NJ, unless unfavorably reviewed by the Seoretary within 3 years. Also inoluded are flood prOOfing, flood warning measures and Beatties Dam. The non-Federal share for these projeots will be 25~. Section 608. Mound State Park and Fort Toulouse National Historic Landmark, At Authorizes aotion to correct erosion problems along the banks of the Warrior River to protect Mound State Park. Bank stabilization measures are to be instituted also to proteot Fort Toulouse and Taskigi Indian Mound, unless unfavorably reviewed by the Seoretary within 3 years. Seotion 609. Muok Levee, Salt Creek, IL Authorizes repair and rehabilitation of the Muok Levee, Salt Creek, unless unfavorably reviewed by the Seoretary within 3 years. Seotion 610. Swan Creek Harbor of Refuge Authorizes measures to maintain a harbor of refuge in Swan Creek, unless unfavorably reviewed by the Seoretary within 3 years. Seotion 611. Transfer of Dredging Vessel Authorizes transfer of the "Hyde Hopper Dredge" in Wilmington, NC, to New Hanover County, NC, if the oounty agrees to use the vessel to establish an artifioial fish habitat. Seotion 612. Interim Measures for Wheeling Creek, OH Authorizes interim emergenoy flood oontrol measures for Wheeling Creek, unless unfavorably reviewed by the Seoretary within 3 years. 16
