Section 603. Streambank Erosion Control Program

:

A. Authorizes the Secretary to carry out a program to plan, design,
and construct streambank erosion control projects, if they are
economically justified and environmentally acceptable, unless
unfavorably reviewed by the Secretary within 3 years.. The Secretary
is to report to Congress each year of the demonstration program. Non-
Federal share for these projects will be 25~. The projects include:
