A g~neral <br /> <br /> <br />aler to the danger of flash flooding Is one of the'servlces provided by <br /> <br /> <br />the atlonal Weather Service. <br /> <br />n "Emergency Evacuation and Operation Plan;1 should be developed by <br /> <br /> <br />Boul r and Weld Counties. Implementation of this plan would provide <br /> <br /> <br />for lerting the public of potential flQodlng and coordinating community <br /> <br /> <br />and unty services during an emergency. <br /> <br />Plan Implementation during the time of an emergency requires <br /> <br /> <br />coop ration of the general public as well as local officials. This Is <br /> <br /> <br />espe lally important for flood fighting, evacuation, and rescue operations. <br />
