<br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Durango, Colorado, this 24th day of May 1999, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the storm or floodwater runoff <br />charmels and basins, for the tributaries described by approximate floodplain information in said <br />Floodplain Information Report dated May 1999 with included Phase A drainage report dated <br />November 1976; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby acknowledge and rescind the approximate floodplain information contained on said Flood <br />Hazard Boundary Map, City of Yuma, Colorado, dated April 23, 1976; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the City of Yuma, Board of County Commissioners of Yuma County; and <br />the Colorado Office of Emergency Management. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Durango, Colorado, on the 24th day of May 1999, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br />?~ Ij. <f:~ - - <br /> <br />Peter H.
