<br />RESOLUTION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the U.S. Army Corps of EIlgineers completed floodplain information reports
<br />entitled "Flood Plain Information, Cache La Poudre River, Colorado, Volumes I and III, Larimer
<br />County, Colorado, dated October 1973, and October 1975, respectively; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board as requested by the Larimer County,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution Nos. 29 and 53 adopted on March 30, 1974 and March 17, 1976 approved
<br />and designated the floodplains described in said reports; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Larimer County, Colorado," which
<br />includes floodplain information and data for the Big Thompson River, Fall River, Fish Creek,
<br />Buckhorn Creek, Redstone Creek, Dry Creek, and Boxelder Creek, dated September 1978, has
<br />been prepared by Gingery Associates, Inc., under contract with the Federal Insurance
<br />Administration; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Larimer County,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No. 128, adopted on January 31, 1979, approved and designated the
<br />floodplain information described in said report: and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a report entitled "Master Drainageway Planning Study, Cooper Slough,
<br />Boxelder Creek, City of Fort Collins, Larimer County," dated August 1981, has been prepared by
<br />Simons, Li & Associates, Inc., and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Larimer County,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No. 205 adopted on January 7, 1983, approved and designated the
<br />floodplains described in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a report entitled "Floodplain Management Study, Boxelder Creek in the
<br />Vicinity of the Town of Wellington, Colorado," dated September 1983, has been prepared by the
<br />United States Soil Conservation Service, Denver, Colorado; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by Larimer, County,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No. 227, adopted on January 5, 1984, approved and designated the
<br />floodplain described in said report; and
