<br />RESOLUTION
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a floodplain information report entitled "Floodplain Information, Big Thompson
<br />River, Loveland, Colorado" dated December 1971 has been prepared by the V.S, Army Corps of
<br />Engineers, Omaha District; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report includes detailed floodplain information for those portions of the Big
<br />Thompson River within the corporate limits of the Town of Loveland, as they were in December 1971;
<br />and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Loveland,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No, 19, adopted on May 10, 1972, designated and approved the floodplains
<br />described in said report; and
<br />
<br />.

<br />WHEREAS, a floodplain information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, City of Loveland,
<br />Colorado" dated March 29, 1978 has been prepared by Gingery Associates, Inc. under contract to the
<br />Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report includes detailed floodplain information for those portions of the Big
<br />Thompson River within the corporate limits of the Town of Loveland, as they were in March 1978; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Loveland,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No. 94-354.13, adopted on March 9, 1994, designated and approved the
<br />floodplains described in said report; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain infOrmiltion in the report dated March 29, 1978 has been
<br />superseded by more appropriate floodplain information in newer floodplain information reports; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, a floodplain information report entitled "Floodplain Information Report, Big
<br />Thompson River, Loveland, Colorado" dated October 1981 has been prepared by Resource Consultants,
<br />Inc.; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said report includes detailed floodplain information for those portions of the Big
<br />Thompson River within the corporate limits of the Town of Loveland, as they were in December 1981;
<br />and
<br />
<br />.

<br />WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested by the City of Loveland,
<br />Colorado, by Resolution No. 181, adopted on December 4, 1981, designated and approved the
<br />floodplains described in said report; and
