<br />THAYER, NON1\. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Nona Thayer has been a Larimer County Commissioner since <br />1977. She has been involved in many land use activities. <br />She chaired the Fort Collins-Loveland Corridor Committee <br />which led to intergovernmental agreements betwe,m Lar imer <br />County and the two cities for cooperative land 1.lSe. Mrs. <br />Thayer was on the Front Range project Steering Committee and <br />chaired the Land Use Planning and Process Sub Group. She is <br />chairperson of the Colorado Counties Land Use C,ommittee. <br /> <br />TUCKER, L. SCOTT <br /> <br />Mr. Tucker is the Executive Director of the Urban Drainage <br />and Flood Control District. His responsibilities are to <br />direct and manage the District's flood control and drainage <br />programs. Mr. Tucker is President of National Association <br />of Urban Flood Management Agencies. <br /> <br />URBONAS, BARNABAS R. <br /> <br />Mr. Urbonas is the Director of the Master Planning Program <br />of the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District. Mr. <br />Urbonas' responsibilities include guiding the Districts' <br />research efforts in hydrology and urban runoff water <br />quality. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHITTIER, BETH A. <br /> <br />Ms. Whittier is the Eag le County Attorney and has served in <br />this capacity since 1979. She is a member of tche Fifth <br />Judicial District Nominating Commission and presently serves <br />as Secretary/Treasurer fOr the Continental Divide Bar <br />Association. She is well versed on land use matters and has <br />published several articles on same. <br /> <br />WRIGHT, KEN <br /> <br />Mr. Wright is president of Wright Water Engineers. OVer the <br />past twenty-five years, Mr. wright has been active in the <br />development of guidelines and standards for flood control <br />and drainage projects for local, state and federal <br />entities.
