<br />Big Salt Wash <br />Colorado River <br />Horizon Drive Channel <br />Leach Creek <br />Little Salt Wash <br />Roan Creek <br />West Creek; and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report includes approximate floodplain information for the <br />following streams: <br /> <br />Buzzard Creek <br />Dolores River <br />Grove Creek <br />Gunnison River <br />Mesa Creek <br />Plateau Creek <br />Reed Wash <br />Tate Creek <br />West Creek; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides, on the basis of a revised hydrologic analysis .. <br />and of more current topographic mapping, detailed floodplain information that revises the _ <br />information contained in those portions of the floodplain reports previously designated by <br />Resolutions Nos. 78, 79, and 80 on September 23, 1977 relating to the reach of the Colorado <br />River from a point approximately 368.1 miles upstream of Lees Ferry, Arizona upstream to <br />a point approximately 403.2 miles upstrearrt of Lees Ferry, Arizona; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides, on the basis of a hydrologic analysis that <br />considers a new flood detention facility and on the basis of more current topographic <br />mapping, detailed information that revises the information contained in that portion of the <br />floodplain report previously designated by Resolution No. 79 on September 23, 1977 relating <br />to the reach of Horizon Drive Channel from the corporate limit of the City of Grand <br />Junction near 261h Road, on July 15, 1992, upstream to the corporate limit of the City of <br />Grand Junction near 27 Road, on July 15, 1992; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said new report provides, on the basis of revised hydraulic analysis, <br />detailed information that revises the information contained in those portions of the <br />floodplain report previously designated by Resolution No. 78 on September 23, 1977 relating <br />to the reach of Big Salt Wash from its confluence with the Colorado River upstream to a <br />point approximately .75 mile upstream of 17 Road and the reach of Little Salt Wash from <br />its confluence with the Colorado River upstream to the corporate limit of the Town of <br />Fruita approximately 500 feet downstream of the crossing of 181h Road on July 15, 1992; <br />and <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2 <br />
