Waugh <br /> <br /> <br />Ricky Weiser <br /> <br /> <br />Susan Wheelock <br /> <br /> <br />John Windell <br /> <br />analysis of the impacts of sediment and debris between the canyon mouth <br /> <br /> <br />and l7th Street under existing conditions and for the proposed floodway; <br /> <br /> <br />and for their recommendations on bridge design, rearmoring of the <br /> <br /> <br />channel after construction to prevent scour, freeboard, and measures to <br /> <br />limit debris. <br /> <br />Wright-McLaughlin Engineers provided technical advice and guidance to <br /> <br /> <br />the CAC during the course of this study. <br /> <br />Figures V-I through v-4 were prepared by Bill OeOreo; util ity engineer <br />for the City of Boulder. <br /> <br />Typical details of simulated rock walls were provided by Cost, Inc. of <br />Rockfield, Wisconsin. <br /> <br />Various agencies including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Federal <br /> <br />Insurance Administration, Colorado Department of Highways and the <br />Boulder Valley School District were contacted during this investigation. <br /> <br />Information provided by these agencies has been incorporated into the <br /> <br />study. <br /> <br />Special consideration and appreciation is given to Dr. Oaryle B.
