<br />9. El1PLOYMENT OF LABORERS OR MECHANICS NmLISTED IN AFORESAID WAGE
<br />DEr~IT1IATION DECISION

<br />Any class of laborers or mechanics which is not listed in the wage
<br />determination and which is to be employed un:J.e:r the Contract will be
<br />classified or reclassified conformably to the: wage determination by the
<br />Local Public Agency or Public Body, and a report of t::1e action taken
<br />shall be submitted by the Local Public Agenc::r or Public Body, through
<br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban DevelofUlent, to the: Secretary of
<br />Labor, United States Department of Labor. III the event the: interested
<br />parties cannot agree on the proper classifieation or reclassification
<br />of a particular class of laborers and mecbm,i.es to be used, the questicn

<br />10. FRmGE BENEFITS NOT EXPRESSED AS HOUR.LY WAGE RATES

<br />The Local Public Agency or Public Bod;y- shall require, whenever ~he
<br />minimum wage rate pre,scribed in the Contract for a class of laborers or
<br />mechanics includes a fringe benefit which .is not expressed as an how,ly
<br />wage rate and the 'Contractor is obligated to pay cash equivalent of such
<br />a fringe benefit, an hourly' cash equivalent thereof to be establishecl.
<br />In the event the interested parties cannot e,gree upon a cash equivalent
<br />of the fringe benefit, the question, a.ccompa,nied by the reco:mnendation
<br />of the Local Public Agency or Publ;i.c Body, sha.ll be rE!ferred, through
<br />the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, to thE! Secretary of
