Representati ve projects include: <br /> <br />· Project manager for development of a Salinity Model for Lake Las Vegas, Nevada <br />· Principal author for non-point source sections of Clark County 208 Water Quality Plan <br />and Las Vegas Valley Wastewater Needs Assessment <br />· Project manager for the NPDES municipal stOlIDwater pernlit for Las Vegas Valley, <br />Nevada (seven years), including supervision of wet and dry weather monitoring <br />· Project engineer for a NPDES industrial stormwater permit for the Pitchess Honor <br />Rancho prison complex in Los Angeles County, California <br />· Project manager for 20 On-Call Stormwater Monitoring and Research task orders for <br />California Department of Transportation; task orders involved monitoring of highway <br />runoff, sampling of catch basin sediments, design and monitoring of structural best <br />management practices, monitoring of constmction site inlet protection practices, <br />monitoring of receiving water impacts, and charactetization of construction site runoff <br />· Project manager for preliminary design of a channel and detention system for urban <br />runoff control at Sweetwater Reservoir, California <br />· Water quality study plan and model review for MIKE-ll modeling of two major river <br />basins in Central Thailand <br /> <br />Facility Design <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson has been responsible for preliminary and final design of a variety of hydraulic <br />systems.
