Highlights <br />of our project team's capabilities and qualifications include: <br /> <br />. A project manager - Chip Paulson - with an excellent track record in <br />meeting project schedules and budgeLs and in meeting client <br />expectations for quality and service. Mr. Paulson also has a <br />tremendous amount of experience in the areas of hydrology, <br />hydraulics and floodplain studies. <br /> <br />. A study review team consisting of three project engineers who can <br />assume study review responsibilities at various times depending on <br />workload. This approach assures our ability to meet deadlines <br />throughout the extended contract period. <br /> <br />. A project manager and three project engineers having a minimum <br />of 7 years of professional experience in the areas of hydrology, <br />hydraulics, and floodplain studies. All technical review work will be <br />carried out by one of these four individuals - junior staff will not be <br />utilized in key roles. <br /> <br />A project team organization chart has been previously presented in <br />Section 5. Project responsibilities and summary information for each of <br />our four key project team members are provided below. Detailed resumes <br />for each are provided at the end of the SOQ. <br /> <br />Project Manager - Edwin "Chip" Paulson, P.E. <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson will serve as Project Manager. He will be responsible for <br />supervising all technical work, and managing the project budget and <br />schedule. He will be the key point of contact between the consultant <br />team and the Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Mr. Paulson has 21 years of experience in flood control and stormwater <br />management. He has managed nine city-wide and county-wide flood <br />control and storm drainage master plan projects for communities <br />throughout the western United States. He has had management and <br />technical responsibility for seven flood insurance studies and numerous <br />other floodplain and river corridor management projects.
