During these investigations,
photographs were taken during minor storms documenting flood-
prone areas, These photos are <lvililable in the Technical Addendum,
Photographs were also taken along the various reaches to aid in
determining Manning's Roughness coefficient ("nn) for use J,n the
hydraulic analysis. These photographs are con~ined within a
separate "Manning's "n" Value Verification" report which is
on file with the City of Fort Collins, Field surveys were
conducted to verify topographic mapping, measure existing
drainage structures, aid in determining complex drQinage patterns,
and determine first floor elevations of flood prone residences.

analysi.s,

Of these, 44 were fiold surveyed,

I.F,

Previous Studies

various drainage
for areas within
where possible.

studies and reports which have been prepared
the drainage basin were reviewed and utilized
These studies include:

I..ociltion Mappino Consultant Fll.'lht Da!:,_€
5'''....., Sec. 2 !,RIX April, 1980
".
