in October, 1981. a floodplain information report
"Flood Insurance Study, Town of Collbran, Mesa
Colorado"; and

WHEREAS, the Colorado Water Conservation Board, as requested
by the Town of COllbran, by R~solution No. 190, adopted on June
3, 1982, approved and designated the floodplains described in
the October, 1981, report; and

WHEREAS, a new report entitled "Floodplain Management Study,
Plateau Creek, Grove Creek, Buzzard Creek at Collbran, Mesa
County, Colorado," dated Noveluber, 1990, has been prepared by
the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Soil Conservation Service;
and

WHEREAS, the said new report includes a review of all the
previoUSlY designated and approved detailed floodplain
information as presented in the October, 1981, Flood Insurance
Study and includes revised floodplain information for the study
reaches within the corporate limits of the Town of Collbran,
Colorado, and the adjacent reaches in Mesa County; and

WHEREAS,

WHEREAS, the Town
