Report Resolution <br />No. Study Name Author Date No. <br />I Flood Insurance Study, Arapahoe County, Federal Emergency March Undes. <br /> Colorado and Incorporated Areas ManagennentAgency 1991 <br />2 Flood Insurance Study, Arapahoe County, Federal Emergency Undes. <br /> Colorado and Incorporated Areas Management Agency <br /> <br />STUDY TO BE DESIGNATED <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Emergency Management Agency completed a floodplain <br />information report entitled "Flood Insurance Study, Arapahoe County, Colorado and Incorporated <br />Areas" dated April 17, 1989 with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps contains detailed <br />hydrology and floodplain delineations for the streams as listed in Table 3 within the incorporated <br />portions of Cherry Hills Village, as they were OIl April 17 , 1989 <br /> <br />TlIble3 <br />Detailed Floodplain Delineations within Cherry Hills Village <br />Little Dry Creek <br />Greenwood Gulch <br />Quincy Gulch <br />Blackmer Gulch <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN CONSISTENCY <br />WHEREAS, the detailed floodplain delineations and water surface elevations for the <br />streams listed in Table 3 contained in said report with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps are <br />consistent with the floodplain delineations cont3ined in Resolution Nos. 31 and 360 (Table I, Ref. <br />Nos. 2 and 3); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution Nos. 31 and 360 are valid and in full force as source information <br />for said report with included Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 182 provides floodplain delineations for portions of Blackmer <br />Gulch Tributary within Cherry Hills Village that have not been published in said report with <br />included Flood Insurance Rate Maps; and <br /> <br />2 <br />
