PUR~OSIE 0' ~...0G'iiAi'

This program computes the water quality in a stream network. This model
has automatic interface with the STORM program output. In addition to STORM
input, the program accepts point source inflows or withdrawals and non-point
distributed loads.

.. "ROQRA" Sfti1C.PlCAnOMI

The program is written in FORTRAN IV. Up to 20 computational segments
may be used in each stream reach. The computational time step may be any
interval between 1 and 24 hours that is evenly divisible into 24.

c. tilT HODS
The water quality parameters analyzed include temperature,CBOD, NBOD, DO,
P04, and coliform bacteria. The temperature analysis is approximated by use
of equilibrium temperature concepts. Thermal inputs are not allowed from
all loading sources and therefore the resulting thermal simulation may only
be approximate. All water quality reaction rates are adjusted for temperature

D.
