This map has been revised to show the
curvilinear boundaries for the area having a one-percent
chance of being flooded in any given year (Zones A, AI-30,
VI-30), and the area having a two-tenths of one-percent
chance of being flooded in any given year (Zone B). Some
additional Special Flood Hazard Areas may appear on the
revised map as a result of better definition of the hazard
area by use of more accurate topographic maps, elimination
of Zone D, or the annexation of incorporated area by the
corrununity.

i:.._

This Flood Insurance Rate Map supercedes all previous rate
maps. The new corrununity number is 085073A This number
must be used for rating purposes for all new and renewal
flood insurance policies.

i

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.

I
I
t

Sincerely,

J.
