<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board in regular meeting ,assembled in Denver, <br />Colorado, this 23rd day of January, 1987, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as floodplain areas those areas described <br />as ,being, inundated by a 100-year flood as described by the <br />floodwater surface elevations and profiles in said report; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED tflat the Secretary of the Board is <br />directed to send a certified copy of this resolution to the <br />Town of Creede; the Board ot County Commissioners of Miner:al <br />County; the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Albuquer:que District; <br />and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />Q ~ R T l E l Q ~ T ~ <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a ma,jority vote of the members' of the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled <br />at Denver, Colorado, on the 2:lrd day of January, 1987, at which <br />a quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />'.om,~i <br /> <br />, <br />
