Preparing a site plan and specifications for the con- <br /> <br /> <br />struction of a stable earth fill on the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />This engineering report i. required to provide detailed <br />analysis which is not available in the current City of Littleton <br />Flood Insurance Study. (Reference No. I). The floodway boundary <br />shown in the Flood Insurance Study is based on a minimum number of <br />cross sections near the subject property and thus the boundary <br />cannot be accurately conveyed to the ground. <br /> <br />II. LOCATION <br /> <br />The subject property is located in the northeast quadrant of <br />the Belleview Avenue - South Platte River crossing in Littleton, <br />Colorado. The property is bounded by the river on the west and <br />north, by Belleview Avenue on the south, and by the old Littleton <br />sewage treatment plant on the east. The specific location is <br />shown on a portion of the Littleton and Fort Logan quadrangle .aps <br />in Figure-I. <br /> <br />III.
