(Note: The PIO is not YaJr password,) <br /> <br />7, Choose OK, <br /> <br />8. Seleet the desired group(s) to join and choose Add, <br /> <br />9, Choose OK at the bottom of the form to save and exit. <br /> <br />Changing Passwords <br /> <br />Procedure to add or change a users password <br />1, If the user does not already exist you must first Add a New Uffir. <br /> <br />2, Start MS Access and logon as the user whose password you wish to change (there is <br />no password for a new user), <br /> <br />3, Under the Tools menu select Seeurity. <br /> <br />4, Under the Seeurity submenu ehoose User and Group Aeeounts".. <br /> <br />5, Seleet the Change Logon Password tab on the form, <br /> <br />6, Enter your old and new password, <br /> <br />7, Choose OK. <br /> <br />STORM Watch Security Structure <br />Groups and Users are defined in the workgroup, Permissions are defined in the database, Individual <br />user permissions are derived from a eombination of permissions set for the user explicitly and the <br />permissions set for the groups that they belong to, User names are not easesensitive for login <br />purposes but passwords are, <br /> <br />34 <br />
