LOCAL REOUEST FOR DESIGNATION

WHEREAS, Montgomery Watson and CWCB staff transmitted letters of notification to
Arapahoe County, Cherry Hills Village, the Town of Columbine Valley, the City of Englewood, the
City of Glendale, the City of Greenwood Village, and the City of Sheridan regarding floodplain
management activities and the CWCB's designation and approval process for floodplain information;
and

WHEREAS, Montgomery Watson staff telephoned all of the communities listed above to
further discuss the floodplain designation process; and
