<br />will regulate the approximate floodplains on a case-by-case basis subject to a detailed <br />hydrologic and hydraulic analysis performed by a professional engineer; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby leave in full force the <br />designation and approval by the Colorado Water Conservation Board contained in Resolution <br />No. 97-445 regarding floodplain information in and immediately adjacent to the City of Cripple <br />Creek; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Teller County; the <br />City of Cripple Creek; the City of Woodland Park; the City of Victor; the Colorado Office of <br />Emergency Management; the U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation <br />Board; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Denver, Colorado, on the 20th day of March, 1997, at which a quorum was <br />present. <br /> <br />0.,. w.
