Facilitators and recorders will help direct appli- <br />cants to persons knowledgeable about grants in <br />the applicants' area of interesi and try to record <br />any unmet needs (e.g., grant assistance not avail- <br />able for a specific area of interest land the inter- <br />ested party or parties] and specific plan mea- <br />sures for which no applicants come forward). <br />10:30 A.'1. - NOO:-.l <br />.
