In the past
eighteen (8) months the house has encountered significant water in
the basement of the house. In an effort to control this situation
we have run three (3) pumps 24 hours a day to control this water and
have had limited success. As of this writing there are over three
inches of standing water in the basement despite the 24 hour pumping
with three pumps.

I

I

In recent years a drainage system was installed in the northern portion
of the city down to Sixth Street and at that point the work ceased.
It appears there are problems further south in the city of San Luis.

I

I

I would ask that you review this situation as to the potential cause
and a possible solution to the problem. I look forward to )'our reply
as to your review of the situation.

I

Sincerely,

t
/
I ' /i , _'
\ _ ", ~;. i, _ .
.. .-/< ~c /l/"yt",
.."f,o n Menzies.
Vice President and Trust Officer

I

les

I

I

cc: Mrs. Gail Williamson
Mr. Don Williamson
Mr. Philip Williamson
Mrs. Ida Valdez

II
I
