This additional runoff would be routed through Pond No.4. (4) The relea3e rate from the detention pond can be cantroll'od by the cuLvert size under Qllaker Street and thus the str'oet crossings d01;fflstream can be reduc.ed. The estimated cost to implement the optimum design is. $302,200.00. This cost incllldes the p'lrchasing of the additional right--of-way requi.r<ed in the solutions recommend=d.
