Western Mobile shall have 60 minutes in which to make its presentation. 3. The City of Boulder and the County of Boulder shall have 75 minutes in which to make their presentation. 4. Jane Bunin (NSA) shall have 20 minutes in which to make her presentation. 5. Jeff Lipton, or his representative, shall have 10 minutes in which to make the presentation for the University of Colorado. 6. Ben Binder shall have 5 minutes in which to make his presentation. 7. Ruth Blackmore shall have 7 minutes in which to make her presentation. 8. Boulder Valley Soil Conservation Board shall have 7 minutes in which to make its presentation, on condition that the written request for party status has been submitted as set forth in Section II above. 9. Parties who did not appear at the Pre-Hearing Conference and Members of the Public shall have a total of 30 minutes in which to make their presentations and will be required to confer in advance of the formal hearing to determine the order and length of individual presentations.
