Krch, P.E. <br /> <br /> <br />No fill from these buildings was placed in the floodway fringe, thus enclosed are model <br />runs for the Existing Conditions. <br /> <br />The decision not to include the Corrected Effective Models was predicated on the <br />accuracy of the cross-section data used to produce the Effective Model. Upon review of <br />the cross-section it became evident that they are of very general nature with fewer points <br />included in long horizontal runs. Trying to add cross-sections from the detailed surveying <br />effort made to prepare the LOMR. would result in a mix of cross-section quality. <br /> <br />The Existing Conditions model presents new and old cross-sections based on the <br />current survey. I feel this meets the intent of the Corrected Effective Model, with better <br />data.
