Two proposed bridges should <br /> <br />be constructed to carry the design flow noted above. The locations <br /> <br />of these two proposed bridges are at Union Bouldvard and Cottonwood <br /> <br />Creek and at the new by-pass loop (Powers ?) at approximately <br /> <br />Point 6, <br /> <br />-28- <br />
