<br />.--- <br /> <br />afores~~d supplementary report as being subject to an intermediate <br />region~1 flood (100-year); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such revised and additional flood plain information <br />report~ ~ technical appendix and flood h~zar~ area maps have been <br />reviewed by the staff of the Board, tak~ng ~nto account the basin and <br />floodpl-sin changes and the application of synthetic methods and tech- <br />niques for hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and the staff does <br />hereby recommend to said Board that the Board designate and approve as <br />flood ~zard areas those areas set forth in the report as being subject <br />to an i-~termediate regional f10gd (lOO-year); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Con- <br />servat:i.on Board in regular meeting assembled in Durango, Colorado, <br />this 9tl1 day of July, 1975, that it does hereby designate and approve <br />as flood hazard areas those areas described as being inundated by an <br />intermeCLiate regional flood (100-year) as set forth in the Frasier and <br />Gingery Supplementary Report, ~lood f~zard Maps, Sanderson Gulch and <br />Weir Gul.ch, Denver, Colorado, dated March, 1975; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is <br />directeCL to send a certified copy of this resolution to the Urban <br />Drainage and Flood Control District, to the Mayor of the City and <br />County of Denver, and to the United States Army Corps of Engineers, <br />Omaha D~strict. <br /> <br />C E R T I F I CAT E <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoit1g is a true and correct copy of <br />a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the members of the Colorado <br />Water conservation Board in regular 6ession assembled at Durango, <br />Colorado, on the 9th day of July, 1975. <br /> <br />~~LIX L.
