<br />SITE VICINITY AND ZONING <br /> <br />As illustrated on the Vicinity Map, the 1,009 acre property <br />is located west of the Aspen Village Trailer Park along <br />Highway 82 and Watson Divide Road. The property is approx- <br />imately 9.5 miles from Aspen; 3.9 miles from Snowmassj Brush <br />Creek Road turnoff; and 8.0 miles from Basalt. <br /> <br />As illustrated on the Zoning Map, the property zoning is: <br /> AF-l 450 acres 45 d.u. <br /> RS-30 559 acres 18 d.u. <br /> 1,009 acres 63 d.li. <br /> <br />As noted earlier, the property zoned RS-30 is excluded from <br />this General Submission application. <br /> <br />Surrounding zoning is predominately RS-30.
