In light of
generality and conceptual nature of this application
it is difficult to evaluate specific attributes or
impacts. Therefore, this review will primarily
address overall layout of roads and boundaries and
a cursory analysis of environmental and physical
features. If or when a more detailed plan is required,
I reserve the right at that time to request modifica~ions,
land dedications, and compliance with applicable codes
as they relate to this subdivision.
