The engineering firm of Emmons, <br />Henry, Messenheimer and Gende, Inc. (EHMG) delineated the floodplain <br />upstream of the south property line of the Rowley Downs Subdivision <br />(immediately upstream of the study reach). (See Ref. 2). <br /> <br />Tallman Gulch Tributary No. 1 flows into Tallman Gulch. The <br />floodplain for Tallman Gulch has been delineated by the engineering firm <br />of Howard, Needles, Tamman and Bergendoff (HNTB) (see Ref. 5).
