Is <br />there evidence that flood protection is being <br />considered for development other than <br />buildings? <br /> <br />Numbers 7-9 - Are certifications available for <br />elevation, floodproofing and floodway rise <br />determinations? <br /> <br />Number 10 - Are variance justifications <br />available and do they appear adequate? <br /> <br />Number II - Are notifications to adjacent <br />communities available where channel <br />alterations or relocations have occurred? <br /> <br />Number 12 - Communities must require <br />developers of subdivisions larger than 50 lots <br />or 5 acres to provide BFEs as a condition for <br />approval. This applies in the A-Zones of <br />60.3(b) communities and in unnumbered A-Zones <br />of Regular Program communities. Does the <br />community have records supporting their <br />application of this requirement? <br /> <br />Numbers 13 and l4 - Has the community <br />developed any forms or checklists for use in <br />recording NFIP-related information in permit <br />files? If so, get copies for filing in FEMA's <br />community docket file. <br /> <br />(g) CAPE Summary: CAPE reviewers need to take full <br />advantage of their limited time on-siteo To ensure that <br />all information has been collected, take a few minutes <br />at the end of the permit file review to check your <br />progress.
