Their <br />average time commitments, respectively, are: <br /> <br />4 1/4 workdays (34 hrs), 1 1/2 workdays (12 hrs.), 3/4 work- <br />days (6 hrs.l and 1/4 workdays (2 hrs.). This totals 6 1/2 <br />workdays or 52 hours. <br /> <br />These figures include the following: <br /> <br />Phase I: preparations, i.e. document and file review, <br />telephone calls for meeting arrangements and letter drafting. <br />CAPE Reviewer: I workday (8 hrso) <br />Clerical Support: 1 1/2 hrs. <br /> <br />Phase II: Community Visit, i.e., floodplain tour, meetings <br />and permit file review. <br />CAPE Reviewer: I workday plus 1/2 day travel <br />Assistant: I workday plus 1/2 day travel <br /> <br />Phase III: Report preparation, i.e, draft CAPE report, <br />letters to local officials, and transmittal documents and <br />review by decision-maker. <br />CAPE Reviewer: 3/4 workdays (6 hrs.) <br />Clerical Support: 4 1/2 hrs. <br />Decision-maker: 2 hrs. <br /> <br />Phase IV: Follow-Up, i.e., review revised ordinances, <br />oversee correction of violations, provide technical <br />assistance, etc. <br />CAPE Reviewer: 1 workday <br /> <br />II <br /> <br />II <br />I II <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />__' _~-=-____ L <br />
