Consultant shall communicate with CWCB via telephone, email, fax, and meetings as necessary for project coordination. Proiect Coordination CWCR Project Manager The CWCB Project Manager, Mr. Tom Browning, will coordinate activities performed 'by the Project Consultant. Any Project-related questions or problems should be directed to Tom at (303) 866-3441. The CWCB Project Manager will be available for meetings and for project coordination with the Consultant. The Consultant will be responsible for providing the CWCB with an assigned project manager and/or project engineer to serve as the point of contact for coordination with the CWCB. The web page will allow fer revie',ver f-ceGbaelc, storage of email responses, and general proj eet informatioll. CWCB shall develop and operate the web page. Deliverables Consultant shall produce professional chapters for the Items identified in Table I for this contract including text, charts, and figures. Specific deliverables are: · 5 hard copies of draft work products (black and white) for review and approval by CWCB · 5 hard copies of the final assigned chapters (in 3 ring binders w/high quality paper and use of color) with place holders for all other chapters. · Color report covers for final copies. · 2 CD's with electronic files of the work products The final report shall be prodaeed witfi high E{aality paper, maps, priating, aIld eopying. /\. professioRal pr-eseatatien is required.
