<br />WHEREAS, Section 37-60-106(1)( c), Colorado Revised Statutes, directs the Colorado ... <br />Water Conservation te ul.:signate and approve storms or floodwaters runoff channels or .. <br />basins and to make such designations available to legislative bodies of local jurisdictions; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the information in said new report heretofore described in this <br />resolution meets all of the requirements for detailed floodplain information listed under the <br />Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of <br />Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />NOW, TIffiREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board in regular meeting assembled in Grand Junction, Colorado, this 15th day of <br />September, 1992, that it does hereby designate and approve as detailed floodplain <br />information the 100-year floodplains as described by the floodwater surface elevations and <br />profiles in said new report, dated December 5, 1989, heretofore described in this resolution <br />and rescinds the described study reach for the South Platte River as described in this <br />resolution; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send <br />a certified copy of this resolution to the Board of County Commissioners of Adams County; <br />the City of Commerce City, Colorado; the Urban Drainage and Flood Control District; the <br />Colorado Office of Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a <br />majority vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session <br />assembled at Grand Junction, Colorado, on the 15th day of September, 1992, at which a <br />quorum was present. <br /> <br />~~(L ft <br />Daries C. lile, P .E.: Secretary <br /> <br />FPR.329 <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />2 <br />
