Reports. It shall be the duty of the Superintendent to <br />submit a semi-annual report to the District Engineer covering in- <br />spection, maintenance and operation of the project structures. <br />The report shall be submitted in April and October. A suggested <br />check list for use in supplementing the report is included in <br />Appendix B. <br /> <br />2-07. Inspection by Corps of Engineers. The District Engineer <br />or his authorized representative shall have access at all times <br />to all portions of the project structures. The project struc- <br />tures shall be inspected periodically by the District Engineer or <br />his representative to determine the condition thereof and to <br />ascertain the adequacy of operation and maintenance. Corrective <br />measures or repairs which are deemed necessary shall be promptly <br />accomplished. <br /> <br />II-2 <br />
