\ . 2 The width of the Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA) increased at the confluence of Cressmans Gulch and Cressmans Gulch Old Channel (just upstream of Wyoming Street) and at the outlet of the culvert under Wyoming Street where the channel was relocated. Along Cressmans Gulch, the SFHA width increased a maximum of 75 feet just upstream of Wyoming Street Along Cressmans Gulch Old Channel, the SFHA width increased a maximum of 40 feet just upstream of its confluence with Cressmans Gulch_ The_ SFHA width decreased where flow from Cressmans Gulch was diverted to the improved channel downstream of Wyoming Street The maximum decrease in SFHA width, approximately 220 feet, occurs approximately 350 feet downstream of Wyoming Street All property owners affected by the revision have been notified, No insurable structures are impacted by the increases in the BFEs along Cressmans Gulch Old Channel.
