'The study program has been a complex one which includes the Corps, <br />FEMA, CWCB, City, County, and private interests. As we discussed in our recent phone <br />conversations, FEMA is in its final review of flood insurance rate maps for the City. Before <br />these maps are published, I feel that it is important for the City to review and understand <br />the engineering for the 100-year floodplain and 1100dways delineations. <br /> <br />I am confirming and notifying FEMA, by copy of this letter of our November 4, 1992, <br />1:.:00 a.m. meeting in Florence City Hall to discuss engineering findings for the Oak Creek <br />Basin. You may invite all interested parties that can provide constructive comments.
