Items not enumerated wel"e
resolved as set forth in the "Proposed Agenda Items, Coordination
Meeting 12-14-78" tabulation.

2) An album of photos used in support of the hydrology and
hydraul ics aspects of the study will be submitted at the conclusion of
the project.

9,12,13,14,15) As discussed at the meeting regarding the urbiln
drainage study, we have considered the avai'li'b'le alternatives in view
of the purpose and scope of the drainage study, and decided upon the
following as being the most useful, efficient, and relevant means of
presenting the requested information. Mapp'ing separate from the strip
mapping (for the drainageway floodplain boundal"y) will be presentE,d at
a 1" + 400' scale (reduced scale orthophoto gr'id maps)" On this,
mapping, the urbal1 area will be divided into contiguous drainage basins
within the specified boundaries. Design points will be identified, as
will the 16 probll~m areas. Accompanying this mapping 'Will be a tabula-
t i on of each of the bas i ns, correspondi ng I c: I value (riot i ona 1 formul a
coefficient of imperviousness), areas, basin time of concentration,
rainfall intensit.'l, and resultant flow value, for both the initial 5
year storm and the 100 year storm.

I
!

Draft recomrnendat ions and revi ew criteT"i a for future development
will be presented, as will acceptable depths, of flow for the initial
and 100 year storm for the various road classifications. Road classi-
fi cat ions wi 11 be shown on a map. Based on thi s data, at the respec-
t'ive design points, acceptability of flow depth will be judged. In
this manner, the basic hydrology at this stage of the analysis will be
presented, and locations of drainage problems will be 'identified in

'1'

""

','

7!500 W.
