William McDonald, Director <br />Flood Control and Floodplain Management Section <br />Colorado Water Conservation board <br />721 Centennial Building <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />1 <br />p <br />, <br />': <br /> <br />Dear Mr. McDonald: <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 37-60-106(1)(c) CRS, the City of <br />Westminster, Colorado, hereby requests designation and approval of <br />the following storm or floodwater runoff channels or basins as <br />described in the Bruchez Farms Property Report prepared by Wright <br />Water Engineers, Inc. under contract to Mr. Andrew Loewi, an <br />attorney representing Mr. Harold Bruchez: <br /> <br />Big Dry Creek from the Colorado and Southern Railroad to the <br />western boundary of the Bruches Farms Property, a distance of <br />about 0.8 of a mile, as detailed floodplain information. <br /> <br />The above requested floodplain designations are revisions to <br />the previously adopted floodplain elevations and designations by <br />the CWCB on October 1, 1987, per Resolu.t::i:0~. 271.
