<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />floodplain reaches to meet the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the Designation and Approval of <br />Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in Colorado" (2 CCR 408-1); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the approximate and detailed floodplain information contained in said report <br />with included maps has been superseded by a more current Flood Insurance Study or floodplain <br />information reports that have not yet been designated by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, <br />and therefore this resolution will be rescinded once those newer reports are reviewed and <br />designated as appropriate at a future Board meeting. <br /> <br />DESIGNATION AND APPROVAL ACTION <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Denver, Colorado, this 22nd day of November 1999, that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as approximate floodplain information the storm or floodwater runoff <br />channels and basins, as listed in Table 2 and as described by approximate floodplain information in <br />said Arapahoe County Flood Insurance Study dated March 4, 1991, that meet the criteria set forth <br />in the CWCB' s Guidelines for Determining 100-year Flood Flows for Approximate Floodplains <br />in Colorado and therefore meet the requirements of the Board's "Rules and Regulations for the <br />Designation and Approval of Floodplains and of Storm or Floodwater Runoff Channels in <br />Colorado" (2 CCR408-1); and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board that it does <br />hereby designate and approve as detailed information the storm or floodwater runoff channels and <br />basins within Arapahoe County as listed in Table 3 described by 100-year floodplain delineations <br />in said report dated March 4, 1991 with included maps; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the Arapahoe County Government; the Colorado Office of <br />Emergency Management; and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resobtion adopted by a majority <br />vote of the members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at <br />Denver, Colorado, on the 22nd day of November 1999, at which a quorum was present <br /> <br />t?~L-- <br /> <br />Peter H.
