It was necess- <br /> <br />ary to contact a number of new and used mobile home sales <br /> <br />offices to obtain an average per unit value of each mobile <br /> <br />unit. <br /> <br />Removal of Debris and Cleaninq - Public Land <br /> <br />Estimates of the number of hours of debris removal <br /> <br />necessary in public land uses such as streets and bridges <br /> <br />was made on the basis of the personal experience of the <br /> <br />analysts. The average per hour rate of the public employ- <br /> <br />ees who would be involved in the work was multiplied by <br /> <br />Leonard Rice Consulting Water Engineers. Inc. <br />
