As you know, the State of Colorado,
through the Colorado Water Conservation Board, has been monitoring
the progress of the Fountain Creek Flood Control Project in Pueblo.

We are fully aware of the need for this project and are prepared to
provide testimony in support of the project. I have been advised that
the project design does meet state standards and, when constructed,
will help reduce flood losses and will provide the general public safety
from floods.

We will continue to provide support for the project and work toward
project funding and construction.

cc: Senator Gary Hart
Senator William L Armstrong
Representative Ray Kogovsek
Representative Kenneth Kramer

bcc: Monte Pascoe
Bill MacDonald

Sincerely,

~dm0
~~~inor
