That $------------ of SFY 93 year-end reversions to the general <br />fund be transferred into the State's Disaster Emergency Fund to <br />support the state's disaster emergency needs as may occur over <br />the spring-summer months. Fund balances are to remain in this <br />account until December 31, 1993, vhen those funds not expended <br />for the purposes intended shall revert to the State General <br />Fund. <br /> <br />4. All state departments and agencies, local governments and <br />special districts throughout Colorado are directed to intensify <br />their preparedness and mitigation efforts to address this <br />potential natural hazard and respond to those events that may . <br />occur.
