Any person 10nvicted of such a <br />violation may be punished by a fine of up tO~$300, or a jail <br />sentence of up to 90 days, or by both such f ne and imprisonment; <br />provided, however, no person under the age o. 18 years shall be <br />subject to any term of imprisonment except f~r contempt of court. <br />Each day any violation continues shall be c01sidered a separate <br />offense. , <br /> <br />(B) The Town may maintain an action in ~ny court of <br />competent jurisdiction to enjoin or abate ani violation of the <br />requirements of this section. <br /> <br /> <br />I <br />eC) Any property, building or structure lexisting or <br />maintained in violation of the requirements df this section is <br />hereby declared to be a nuisance which may bd abated in <br />accordance with law.
