COMMENCEMENT, PROSECUTION, AND COMPLETION OF WORK: The Contractor <br />will be required to commence work under this contract within fifteen (15) <br />calendar days after the date of receipt by him of Notice to Proceed, to <br />prosecute said work diligently, and to complete the entire work ready for use <br />not later than three hundred sixty five (365) calendar days after receipt by <br />him of Notice to Proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final <br />cleanup of the premises. See SECTION: CONSTRUCTION GENERAL, Paragraph 10 <br />for order of work and an outline of critical items. <br /> <br />2. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: In case of failure on the part of the Contractor <br />to complete the work within the time fixed in the contract or any extensions <br />thereof. the Contractor shall pay to the Government as liquidated damages, <br />pursuant to the clause of this contract entitled "Termination for Default - <br />Damages for Delay - Time Extensions" the sum of two hundred eighty dollars <br />($280.00) for each calendar day of delay. <br /> <br />3. CONTRACT DRAWINGS, MAPS AND SPECIFICATIONS: <br /> <br />3.1 Seven sets of full size contract drawings, maps and specifications and <br />seven sets of half-size bid drawings with copies of amendments) will be <br />furnished the Contractor without charge except applicable publications <br />incorporated into the Technical Provisions by reference. Additional sets <br />will be furnished on request at the cost of reproduction. The work shall <br />conform to the contract drawings and maps set out in the drawing index, all <br /> <br />lA-l <br />
