No.3) with included floodplain maps entitled "Flood Insurance Rate Map, <br />Town of Basalt, Colorado" dated March 18,1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said report with included map contains detailed hydrology and floodplain <br />delineations for the streams as listed in Table 2 within the incorporated portions of Basalt, as they <br />were in September 1979: <br />
