<br />The revisions are effective as of the date of this letter; however, within 90 days of the second publication
<br />in the Gazette Tele~raph, a citizen may request that FEMA reconsider the detennination made by this
<br />LOMR, Any request for reconsideration must be based on scientific or technical data. All interested parties
<br />are on notice that, until the 90-day period elapses, the detennination to modify the BFEs presented in this
<br />LOMR may itself be modified.

<br />Due to present funding constraints, we must limit the number of physical map revisions processed, Because
<br />we are processing a revised FIRM for El Paso County in our countywide fonnat, we will not republish the
<br />FIRM for your community at this time, Preliminary copies of the countywide FIRM, which presents
<br />infonnation from the effective FIRMs for your community and other incorporated communities in El Paso
<br />County, were submitted to your community for review on June 28, 1995, We will incorporate the
<br />modifications described in this LOMR into the countywide FIRM before the FIRM becomes' effective,
