P. Special Provisions. Frequently a project will have a partlcular feature or features which will require that special provisions be made in the performance of the sevices. When this condition exists, the additions or deletions will be so stated within Attachment A to the specifications and outlined in Attachment C as necessary. IV. TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS The performance of the work required herein shall be subject to the direction of the contracting agency or its representative and to the conditions of these specifications. By these technical directions, it is hoped that the contractor will better understand the purpose and intent of the photogrammetric work. A. Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide the CWCB wlth a wrltten scope of work and costs as outlined in these specifications and attachments. B. Contract Terms Not to be Changed. The contractor shall not reconstltute new asslgnment of work to others or change the expressed terms, conditions, or specifications as outlined herein. C. Time of Completion. It is of utmost importance that all work under this contract be performed expeditiously to insure completion of all work by the contractor within 180 calendar days after award of the contract. Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge of $100 per calendar day and/or removal from the CWCB's mailing list for 1 year. D. prepaneling. The following procedures shall be required for the accomplishment of prepaneling the project. Contrasting panels shall be used whenever necessary in standard Y or + patterns. 1. The contractor shall provide the vertical and horizontal ground control panel layout. This layout shall include the paneling of all existing USC&GS and USGS benchmarks, county benchmarks (as provided), and known section corners in the area. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all paneling materials and for locating all existing benchmarks within the project area, as -7-
