<br />P. Special Provisions. Frequently a project will have a <br />partlcular feature or features which will require that <br />special provisions be made in the performance of the <br />sevices. When this condition exists, the additions or <br />deletions will be so stated within Attachment A to the <br />specifications and outlined in Attachment C as <br />necessary. <br /> <br />IV. TECHNICAL DIRECTIONS AND REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />The performance of the work required herein shall be <br />subject to the direction of the contracting agency or its <br />representative and to the conditions of these specifications. By <br />these technical directions, it is hoped that the contractor will <br />better understand the purpose and intent of the photogrammetric <br />work. <br /> <br />A. Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide the CWCB <br />wlth a wrltten scope of work and costs as outlined in <br />these specifications and attachments. <br /> <br />B. Contract Terms Not to be Changed. The contractor shall <br />not reconstltute new asslgnment of work to others or <br />change the expressed terms, conditions, or <br />specifications as outlined herein. <br /> <br />C. Time of Completion. It is of utmost importance that <br />all work under this contract be performed expeditiously <br />to insure completion of all work by the contractor <br />within 180 calendar days after award of the contract. <br />Failure to do so will result in a penalty charge of <br />$100 per calendar day and/or removal from the CWCB's <br />mailing list for 1 year. <br /> <br />D. prepaneling. The following procedures shall be <br />required for the accomplishment of prepaneling the <br />project. Contrasting panels shall be used whenever <br />necessary in standard Y or + patterns. <br /> <br />1. The contractor shall provide the vertical and <br />horizontal ground control panel layout. This <br />layout shall include the paneling of all <br />existing USC&GS and USGS benchmarks, county <br />benchmarks (as provided), and known section <br />corners in the area. <br /> <br />2. The contractor shall be responsible for providing <br />all paneling materials and for locating all <br />existing benchmarks within the project area, as <br /> <br />-7- <br />
